As part of this growth, they are looking for a Senior HR Advisor to join the business and, with hybrid working available, can be local to any of the following locations: Newcastle Liverpool Cheltenham Royal Leamington Spa Reading Worthing London Key Responsibilities:
Employee Relations:
Provide expert and confident advice and guidance on ER matters whilst supporting managers in handling complex HR issues ensuring compliance with company policy. Change Management:
Collaborate with senior leadership to support change programs and organisational transformations whilst assisting in the implementation of key strategies. HR Policy & Procedure:
Review and update procedure accordingly along with the delivery of training to stakeholders. Employee Engagement:
Support initiatives to enhance employee engagement and assist in the design and implementation of employee feedback mechanisms. Administration:
Oversee administrative processes including employee data management and documentation and ensure accurate and timely record-keeping. The successful candidate:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in HR and ideally within a Financial Services environment. Minimum 2-4 years in a senior or advisory role. Experience of a growth and agile environment, ideally with mergers/restructures/change management. Ideally professionally qualified but the length of experience, industry knowledge and change management is more important than CIPD. An understanding of ER and a confidence in that space are essential. The business offers a very competitive salary along with an annual, discretionary bonus.
