The successful candidate will lead and manage the organisation's business partnering and strategic talent acquisition function, ensuring a positive and productive work environment while mitigating risk and attracting the right talent. You will have extensive HR expertise, with a strong specialisation in employment law, enabling you to provide sound legal guidance on complex HR issues. Your ability to influence senior stakeholders, manage high-level employee relations cases including leading on complex case work up to and including tribunal level and ensure compliance with employment legislation will be essential.
