Senior HR Business Partner

to join Eastlight on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will lead and manage the organisation's business partnering and strategic talent acquisition function, ensuring a positive and productive work environment while mitigating risk and attracting the right talent. You will have extensive HR expertise, with a strong specialisation in employment law, enabling you to provide sound legal guidance on complex HR issues. Your ability to influence senior stakeholders, manage high-level employee relations cases including leading on complex case work up to and including tribunal level and ensure compliance with employment legislation will be essential. To demonstrate our commitment to you, we have developed a sector leading total rewards package: £66,997 per annum Contract Type: Permanent Basis: Full time Annual wellbeing grant of £200 per annum - Subject to eligibility 30 days annual leave plus bank holidays Trailblazing family leave [Maternity, Paternity and Adoption - 12 weeks full pay / 6 weeks half pay] - Subject to eligibility BUPA healthcare cash plan, life assurance.
