Key Responsibilities:

People partner:

Support, coach and advise people managers throughout the employment lifecycle.

Strategic business support:

Work closely with the HR Director to develop and implement strategy using people data to influence decisions.

Play as a Team:

Advocate for a positive, productive, and inclusive work culture, building strong relationships across HQ and Retail.

Engagement development:

Analyze survey results and find solutions to continuously engage our people.

HR generalist:

Experience as a generalist, preferably with retail experience.

You love taking on challenges:

Thrive in an environment valuing your opinion and experience while providing fair support to the business.

You have the experience to add value:

Currently a Senior HR Advisor/Business Partner or similar, able to autonomously lead on projects, manage ER cases, and collaborate with regional and global HR teams.
