Elevation Recruitment Groups’ HR Division are working with one of our Rotherham based Engineering clients who are looking to appoint a Senior HR Business Partner to support the senior leadership on the evolvement and development of HR for the business.
You will also have the overall responsibility for the effective planning and delivery of leadership, management and wider employee training and development across the business.

Key Skills & Experienced required to be successful in this role:
- Membership of The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), qualified to or working towards Level 7 Advanced Diploma in HR Management
- An experienced generalist HR Manager or HR Business Partner, ideally with at least five years’ experience in a commercial environment, engineering, manufacturing or industrial would be an advantage
- Proven experience in the development and communication of a People Strategy
