About the Team Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Senior Technical Product Owner to contribute to our Client and Cloud IAM strategic initiatives. This individual contributor role will contribute to a team responsible for developing, executing, and continuously improving an ongoing IAM strategy and capabilities roadmap for Worldpay. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Cloud and Client IAM leading practice strategies and how to implement those strategies (governance, people, process, technology) with solutions that reduce risk, drive efficiencies and optimized user experiences, and that comply with industry compliance requirements. The candidate will be able to operate seamlessly with executive, technical, and non-technical stakeholders to build support and momentum for the IAM strategy and be able to quickly build cross-functional relationships to drive rapid results. What you will own: Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, including market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback. Define and document roadmaps, features and services associated with IAM [Privileged Access Management (PAM), Identity Governance (IGA) and Access Management (AM)] for internal Cloud and external Client users and identities. Collaborate with peer product owners, leadership, and business stakeholders to continuously refine and optimize IAM product strategies. Maintain an awareness of industry leading practices and IAM technologies and translate leading practices into Worldpay IAM services and capabilities; Partner with IT and business stakeholders to evangelize the importance of effective IAM and the benefits to the business. Rapidly develop and execute the global IAM strategy and capabilities roadmap for Cloud and Client IAM. Be able to articulate the strategy and roadmap at an executive and detailed level with confidence. Develop and implement dashboards, metrics, and other mechanisms to track measurable progress associated with the IAM strategy and roadmap. Qualifications: Proven ability to develop and communicate a strategic vision and roadmap for IAM products for IGA, PAM and AM in support of Cloud internal and Client external users and use cases. Experience with developing cross-platform integrations to maximize return on investment between IAM toolsets (e.g. PAM lifecycle management with IGA). Strong collaboration skills to gather, prioritize, and document IAM requirements, translating them into actionable product features and capabilities. In-depth knowledge of the development and improvement process, with an experience in overseeing product development, particularly in IAM. Strong analytical skills to monitor and evaluate IAM solution performance, security, compliance, and usability. Proactive problem-solving to drive continuous improvement. Excellent documentation skills in creating, maintaining, and updating documentation and training materials for IAM products. Effective communication skills to serve as a bridge between business stakeholders, architects, and infrastructure teams. 6+ years of experience in product management for IAM technologies with experience in financial services or similarly complex industries. Experience developing strategies to integrate IAM solutions with other cyber security domains and capabilities. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Experience working in a global, matrixed organization. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment navigating ambiguity and demonstrating flexibility.
