Senior Affiliate Manager

with a good background in

iGaming

to jump onboard our growing team! This opportunity will play a critical role in managing and expanding our affiliate partnerships within global markets where the primary focus will be on building robust relationships and collaborations, monitoring performance and traffic volumes to optimize traffic and revenue growth. We seek an individual with an analytical mindset who is social, flexible, and thrives in the rapidly evolving crypto gaming space.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with key affiliate partners whilst holding the ultimate responsibility of our entire global affiliate marketing strategy.

Create monthly promotions and communications to affiliate marketers and implement strategies to increase quality and yield of affiliate partners.

Monitor and analyse affiliate performance to measure affiliate effectiveness and work with managers to develop forecasts in line with budgets.

Identify and develop top performers and create incentive programs to reward key partners.

Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve landing pages and overall marketing and merchandising campaigns through the affiliate network.

Develop affiliate recruitment and affiliate program marketing campaigns.

Work with the Marketing team to create market strategies with the aim of growing the affiliate business within the market.

Represent 500 Casino at industry events and keep updated on industry trends.

Participate in the hiring process of affiliate managers and provide these with training and coaching as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

3+ years iGaming experience, with at least 2 of them working as an affiliate manager.

Have experience both on the casino side as well as the affiliate side.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable strategies.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work flexibly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Experience in developing and maintaining professional relationships whilst keeping up with the latest industry trends and best practices.
