The Role : We are seeking a Senior ILS Specialist to lead and deliver Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) activities across multiple high-profile programmes. This role offers the chance to make a significant impact within the Maritime domains, contributing to efficient, cost-effective support solutions. Key Responsibilities : Act as the ILS Lead and primary point of contact for ILS activities across assigned programmes. Drive ILS programmes, ensuring alignment with relevant standards (e.g., Def Stan 00-600). Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality support solutions. Produce detailed reports, analyses, and documentation to inform decision-making. Ensure compliance with project plans, schedules, and company policies. About You : You are a highly skilled ILS professional with a deep understanding of logistics support principles and a passion for delivering excellence. You bring a proactive approach to problem-solving and thrive in collaborative environments. Essential Skills and Experience : Comprehensive knowledge of ILS responsibilities and activities, particularly those detailed in Def Stan 00-600. Strong analytical skills and the ability to produce clear, rational arguments and detailed reports. Experience applying theoretical knowledge to practical challenges and leading by example.
