Position Overview The Autodesk Enterprise Customer Success (ECS) organization is looking for an accomplished and enthusiastic individual to join our APAC Consulting Services team as a Senior Implementation Consultant for construction. As a Senior Implementation Consultant, you will use your construction industry and technical knowledge to help our customers put innovative design, engineering, and construction solutions into real world practice. You will work directly with our most strategic customers to offer consulting services including process improvement, implementation, training, configuration, mentoring and technical guidance. Providing these services will ensure customers are maximizing the value from their investment in Autodesk technologies and ensuring the success of transformational changes to their business. You will track the business value of the solutions we deliver and the scale at which they are adopted. Reporting to the Consulting Services manager for ANZ, this is a hybrid role where you can work remotely or onsite at an Autodesk office. Responsibilities Work with Autodesk’s largest customers to implement innovative construction solutions related to document management, data management, field workflows, handover/ turnover and more Analysis, improvement and implementation of processes and workflows Lead consulting engagements with customers, and document the value delivered during those engagements Apply Autodesk product sets to detailed industry requirements and workflows Configure solutions based on product capabilities and customer requirements Guide customers in the best application of Autodesk products; define and document detailed use cases Collaborate with customers, external partners, and Autodesk colleagues to deliver solutions and resolve technical issues Provide feedback to service line management and product development groups on client experience for product and process improvements Collaborate with Autodesk account teams to define Customer Success Plans and customer engagements Contribute to task estimation and scoping including scope clarification with customers Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in architecture, construction management or engineering (or equivalent experience) Minimum of five (5) years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, with a focus on the development and delivery of digital solutions Experience of the following construction industry processes: Preconstruction / Document Management / Project Management / Quality Management / Safety Management / Handover Excellent communication skills including experience conducting workshops, facilitating meetings, and delivering impactful presentations Ability to drive decisions and closure on issues Proven ability to work with diverse technical, sales, and project delivery teams including breaking down complex topics into a common language Willingness to travel 30% of the time, including international travel Preferred Qualifications Autodesk product expertise (Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM 360) Knowledge of competitor solutions in the construction industry Advanced experience developing and implementing workflow processes between architects, designers, engineers, contractors, and owners Experience using Autodesk products such as Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and InfraWorks Experience driving change at the enterprise level Familiarity with ISO 19650 About Autodesk Welcome to Autodesk!
