As a Client Implementation Manager, you’ll lead multiple implementation projects, ensuring seamless onboarding and delivering impactful integrations that strengthen relationships. You’ll work closely with clients, stakeholders, and technology partners to make every project a success. Your responsibilities: Define project scope and delivery plans in collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders. Manage multiple work streams, tracking deliverables and reporting on progress. Foster strong relationships with clients and third-party technology providers. Identify and mitigate delivery risks, adapting plans to achieve goals. Conduct post-implementation reviews to continuously enhance processes. Build and improve knowledge base materials for the wider team. What’s in it for you?
