The Role As a senior lawyer, you will provide legal risk management and strategic advice in relation to insurance and regulatory matters affecting this FCA-regulated organisation. Supporting the UK business as a whole, you will be advising on the provision of client services, digital initiatives, new product development, distribution agreements, and regulatory compliance projects. You will have regular check-ins but won’t be micro-managed. There are lots of internal networks to become a part of which focus on personal wellbeing and life outside of work. This is a business that has a great success record of retaining its lawyers. This friendly and supportive team makes brilliant use of technology to meet and share ideas when working remotely. Ideally, the successful candidate would work from one of the business’ offices one day per week but there is some flexibility for the right candidate.
