Within the UX App design team – We are a multidisciplinary team that brings ideas rapidly to user validation. A design development team that brings your word design into implementation, full of energy and passion that really care for our customers. How you’ll make a difference The senior inclusive copywriter is responsible for working on end-to-end customer journeys in collaboration with product designers and other TSB stakeholders, to ensure our words are inclusive and at a reading age of 11. You will also set up and run workshops and meetings with stakeholders, document approved copy, and integrate it into our Agile development processes. You will conduct content testing and other user studies. The key stakeholders for the senior inclusive copywriter are legal, product owners, marketing, your UX peers, and the business overall. You will make a difference in your role by envisioning how people experience our products and bringing that vision to life in a way that feels inspired, refined, and even magical. In this role, you’ll take on complex tasks and transform them into intuitive, accessible, and easy-to-use designs for millions of people around the UK—from the first-time user to the sophisticated expert. Achieving this goal requires collaboration with teams of Designers, Researchers, and Product Managers throughout the design process—from transaction banking jargon into human language, reading age of 9, and testing them with users. At each stage, you will anticipate what our users need, advocate for them, and ensure that the final product surprises and delights them. What you'll bring
