Take responsibility and ownership of assigned incidents and manage through to permanent resolution, communicating professionally to customers Supporting and managing Windows & Azure based infrastructure Network & Firewall configuration. Field and manage technical customer issues via phone, chat, email, and remote web sessions You will pro-actively managing the customers systems, including making recommendations for security, reliability, scalability or cost reasons. Your Profile Must have 3rd line application / system / app support experience on Azure based applications & infrastructure. Must hold BSc degree in Computer Science/Technology subject with a minimum grade of 2.1 or MSc degree with minimum grade of Merit Strong experience within Network / Firewall management.
