Senior Innovations Engineer

to join our ambitious team. What You'll Do: Reporting to the Head of Innovation and R&D, you will be a key member of the team developing new technologies and product ideas for our future roadmap. You will conduct research, identify new opportunities and deliver concepts that are aligned with Ooni’s strategic goals. What You’ll Need to Succeed: Experience in delivering technical solutions that are robust and on spec. Strong understanding of mechanical principles and basic electronics. Clear, persuasive communication of technical ideas to key stakeholders. Creative, analytical mindset for innovative solutions and design optimisation. "Fail fast" mentality with adaptability to evolving requirements. Ability to work well in cross-functional teams. Experience managing R&D projects and timelines. Commitment to staying updated with market trends. Meticulous in design, testing and documentation.
