& Wellbeing services What you’ll be doing The Senior Inside Sales role will manage the entire sales journey for prospects, from initial engagement through to contracting. A key part of your role will be achieving revenue growth opportunities, by self-generating appointments from data provided via social media, marketing campaigns, emails and referrals, Success in this role requires gaining a strong understanding of the different WorkNest propositions and introducing appropriate products and services to meet the needs of the prospect. The role involves proactively managing pipeline opportunities, diligently updating our CRM to ensure performance and maximise revenue. Responsibilities also include configuring pricing, proposals, and contracts for multiple prospects using our Salesforce CRM, and complying with all WorkNest reporting, administrative, and sales processes and procedures. As an experienced sales professional, you will achieve daily, weekly, and monthly activity and sales targets set by the business, meeting and exceeding KPIs as directed. About you Minimum of two years’ Sales experience working as a New Business/Inside Sales professional Excellent influencing and negotiation skills Good experience of working with a SaaS platform Experience of working in sales or telesales with a proven successful track record, running your own territory or sector, with specific experience of ‘getting past the gate keeper’ B2B experience with senior decision makers, via outbound sales initiatives Proven ability to provide a holistic approach selling multiple products and services (people and technology) Who we are WorkNest is part of the GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance) division within Marlowe PLC.
