Senior Insights Analyst

The Role As a Senior Insights Analyst, you will play an essential role in shaping Imperial’s future by contributing to the development of healthier and innovative product offerings such as vapes and other next-generation products. You will be a key contributor in identifying and recommending product developments to meet emerging trends in the market. Acting as a key connection across departments - including Finance, Consumer Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Supply Chain - you will help ensure our product innovations and evolutions are founded in sound insights and data-based recommendations for successful market introductions. Principle Accountabilities Create thoughtful business recommendations to support new product launches Apply a varied set of analytical techniques to explore scenarios and evaluate how different factors may influence outcomes Partner with Consumer Research teams to understand and incorporate insights from surveys and market feedback Work closely with cross-functional teams to enable effective collaboration and seamless preparation for product launches Translate information into meaningful insights that shape business planning and actions Build trust with senior team members by sharing thoughtful ideas and facilitating productive conversations Skills and Experience Required Expertise in developing business cases, particularly for new product launches, to support strategic initiatives High-level understanding of P&L, with the ability to assess financial outcomes effectively Experience in forecasting, scenario planning, and analyzing the impact of business variables on outcomes Skilled in interpreting consumer research outputs (e.g., surveys and questionnaires) and collaborating with consumer research teams to align insights with business needs Experience in FMCG with a strong track record of delivering results in cross-functional settings What We Offer In return for playing your part in building our future, you will receive a comprehensive compensation package with salary, bonus scheme and many extras including a great pension scheme, generous holiday entitlement and hybrid/flexible working opportunities as well as inspiring places to work and collaborate with purpose.
