Senior Insights Analyst . Inspire data driven decisions to help pets and their people! About the Role We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Insights Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your deep analytical expertise to uncover key insights, support strategic decision-making and drive business performance. As a Senior Insights Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in leading complex data analysis projects, providing actionable insights and collaborating closely with business stakeholders. This role offers hybrid working from our Support Office in Handforth, Cheshire. Key Responsibilities will include: Leading the analysis and interpretation of large, complex datasets to identify key business trends, opportunities and areas for improvement Translating complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations for internal and external business stakeholders Designing and overseeing end-to-end analytics projects, from data gathering and analysis to delivering actionable insights and presentations Working closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and define data analysis requirements Creating and maintaining dashboards and reporting tools to track KPIs and business performance metrics Contributing to the delivery of the organisation’s data strategy and continuously improving processes for delivering insight Sharing expertise and best practices to develop your direct team and other analysts you partner with About You Strong SQL skills and extensive experience of working with large-scale data warehouses. Experience of scripting/programming languages such as R or Python Proficiency in creating complex, high-impact reports and dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI or equivalent Ability to translate data into meaningful insights that support business objectives and influence strategic decisions Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, translating business needs into analytical solutions Demonstrated ability to analyse complex data sets and identify trends, anomalies and opportunities for business improvement Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear, concise and actionable way to non-technical stakeholders Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines Extensive experience in analytics, business intelligence or a similar role, with a focus on delivering insights to inform business decisions. Experience in a retail business is beneficial A proven track record of delivering actionable insights that directly contribute to business outcomes and decision-making What we offer Annual bonus potential of 10% of salary 36 days (inc.
