JOB DESCRIPTION
Are you a talented Senior Insolvency Manager seeking an exciting opportunity to advance your career within an independent accountancy practice in Aberdeen? We are working with a well-established firm that is looking for a driven individual to join their insolvency team with a focus on succession planning. As a Senior Insolvency Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the practice, working closely with the Partners and senior team members to develop and implement strategies that foster growth and long-term success. Key Responsibilities: Lead a team of insolvency professionals, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure high-quality service delivery Manage a diverse portfolio of corporate and personal insolvency cases Develop and maintain strong client relationships while identifying new business opportunities Oversee the firm’s marketing activities and represent the practice at industry events Contribute to the firm’s succession planning, working closely with the Partners to identify and develop future leaders Skills and Experience: Extensive experience in corporate and personal insolvency, ideally within an accountancy practice Proven track record of managing and mentoring a team of insolvency professionals Strong business development skills, with experience in building and maintaining client relationships Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical abilities Professional insolvency qualification (e.g., CPI, JIEB, ACCA, ACA) is highly desirable Joining this independent accountancy practice in Aberdeen as a Senior Insolvency Manager, you will have the chance to make a lasting impact on the firm and contribute to its growth and success.
