A leading investment firm is seeking a Client Implementation Manager. The role requires significant experience in transitions and client onboarding within fund management. Key Duties & Responsibilities: Coordinate the onboarding of new Client mandates and subsequent lifecycle events such as portfolio changes & termination. Proactively liaise with all parties both externally and internally to ensure a smooth and efficient transition process. An understanding of the requirements, responsibilities, and general processes of each stakeholder is vital. Responsible for sending regular, clear, and detailed updates to the business regarding the status of ongoing transition activity. Where required, coordinate other activities such as derivative trading agreements and new markets. The role requires: At least 5 years of asset management industry experience in client onboarding and/or investment operations. Excellent understanding of the various aspects of portfolio implementation, including operational processes, legal and regulatory risks, investment, and market risk. Fluent English speaker; European languages such as French or German are a plus. Client-focused with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including an ability to adapt communication style according to the audience. Curious with the ability to apply critical thinking and problem-solving. Able to work independently but also integrate into a small, dynamic team. Very organized with attention to detail. Ability to task-switch and work to tight deadlines. Highly motivated and committed with a self-improvement mindset.
