you! This is a full-time fixed-term contract until August 2025, with a hybrid working arrangement: 3 days a week at our vibrant European HQ in Erdington. What You’ll Be Doing: Budgeting & Finance:
Oversee marketing operations and signage projects while managing budgets efficiently to ensure everything runs smoothly. Retail Marketing : Collaborate with teams to develop standout in-store marketing plans that engage and inspire. Collaboration:
Build and nurture strong relationships across teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and unified campaign execution. Strategic Leadership : Drive integrated marketing strategies that elevate Claire’s brand visibility and enhance recognition across markets. Results-Driven Marketing : Analyse campaign performance, identify key learnings, and continuously refine strategies to deliver better results. Organisation : Manage marketing calendars and ensure projects stay on track and on time with tools like Asana. Omni-Channel Alignment : Coordinate e-commerce and in-store plans to create a seamless, cohesive customer experience. What We’re Looking For: You’re creative, adaptable, and thrive in fast-paced environments. You’re great at managing multiple projects and love rolling up your sleeves to get things done. If you have a soft spot for accessories and enjoy bringing ideas to life, even better! Here’s what you’ll need: 5+ years of marketing experience (retail or operations would be a huge plus!). Experience managing budgets and keeping things on track financially. Strong relationship-building skills across teams and departments.
