Senior Integrated Planner

Title:Senior Integrated PlannerThe RoleThe Senior Integrated Planner is responsible for developing and maintaining comprehensive infrastructure plans for each Site Director area within the client's Infrastructure (CSI) framework. This role consolidates key milestones, critical dates, and interdependencies among various elements, including, Maintenance, DHDA Design/Safety Case, and Operational plans/programmes.The incumbent collaborates with stakeholders to identify risks, opportunities, and potential mitigations, delivering resourced schedules and concise reports to enhance the Strategic Programme. Additionally, the role ensures the timely submission of integrated infrastructure plans within the client's overarching strategic plan.Responsibilities Collate data from multiple sources to integration into required P6 Resource loaded schedulesExtensive KSH engagement over cross-organisational boundariesAnalyse, challenge and report discrepancies, risks, issues and opportunities within the integrated plans to ensure timely mitigation for clientDevelop and manage a monthly DHI level CSI integrated infra plan to provide an overall strategic CSI pictureDemonstrate cause and effect and run mitigation scenarios as requiredEngage with Engineering and Compliance groups and be able to identify their tasks and how they interactCompile monthly reports on progress, change, cause and effect and mitigation measuresWe we NeedMust have experience of producing P6 schedules and associated documentation including good understanding of risk, change management and stakeholder managementExperience with Primavera P6 practitioner, MS Office proficiencyDesirableWorking within an operational environment, working in a secure environment, construction/implementation experienceLocationHybrid – WFH and 2-3 days onsite (Glasgow).QualificationsDesirable Experience with NEC3/4Project or Risk Management qualificationSecurity RequirementsYou must have, or be eligible for, SC clearance.Join Our Talent Community!At KBR, we partner with government and industry clients to provide purposeful and comprehensive solutions with an emphasis on efficiency and safety.
