Senior Interior Architectural Designer Job Type: Permanent Location: London / Hybrid Post Code: NW1 6JJ Salary: £50,000 to £60,000 Start Date: ASAP We are looking for a highly talented and experienced Senior Interior Architectural Designer to join a dynamic team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in designing, detailing and specifying interiors for a diverse range of spaces, including public, commercial, hospitality and residential areas. In this role, you will work on projects in all phases, from initial conception to final design and support of construction phases. Key Responsibilities

Lead the design process from concept to completion, including space planning, material selection, and furniture specification. Manage client relationships, ensuring their needs and vision are met throughout the project lifecycle. Oversee project budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Demonstrated Experience

Developing designs based on strong concepts and strategies in consultation with the partner-in-charge and client team. Leading projects through all phases, from programming, concept development, documentation to construction. Developing design options through 3D modelling and visualisation. Considering materials and costs within predetermined budgets. Excellent client-facing and communication skills. Specifying products such as fixtures, fittings, furniture, lighting, finishes and equipment and presenting curated samples to clients. Requirements

A strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to create innovative and functional spaces that exceed client expectations. Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture, interior design and/or interior architecture with a minimum of five years' post-graduate experience in the interiors field. Strong conceptual, graphic and design skills illustrated in a comprehensive portfolio. Proficiency in Rhino, AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite. Experience working on complex, large-scale design projects in all phases. The role will suit individuals currently working as Senior Interior Architectural Designer or Interior Designer, and who are living within a commutable distance of London or are willing to relocate.
