Developing designs based on strong concepts and strategies in consultation with the partner-in-charge and client team. Leading projects through all phases, from programming, concept development, documentation to construction. Developing design options through 3D modelling and visualisation. Considering materials and costs within predetermined budgets. Excellent client-facing and communication skills. Specifying products such as fixtures, fittings, furniture, lighting, finishes and equipment and presenting curated samples to clients. Requirements
A strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to create innovative and functional spaces that exceed client expectations. Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture, interior design and/or interior architecture with a minimum of five years' post-graduate experience in the interiors field. Strong conceptual, graphic and design skills illustrated in a comprehensive portfolio. Proficiency in Rhino, AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite. Experience working on complex, large-scale design projects in all phases.
