Running multiple restaurant projects from concept to completion Leading design research projects and developing concepts Mentoring and managing junior and mid-weight designers Producing/overseeing full technical drawing packs, including joinery, furniture and construction detailing Ensuring projects adhere to budgetary requirements Managing and undertaking all documentation associated with construction, as well as coordinating with FF&E resources for each project Creating and developing programmes and plans needed for each project Regular site visits to track project progress. Required Skills & Experience
7+ years' experience working on F&B or hospitality projects Ability to and experience leading teams across all project stages Interior architecture; Strong technical knowledge and skills and the ability to produce and review technical packages, detail drawings and specifications Knowledge of joinery, furniture and construction detailing is also essential Project management experience A solid understanding of UK building regulations. Additional knowledge of European regulations would also be advantageous The ability to sketch freehand Highly proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office. What you get back
