Senior Internal Communications Manager focuses on lead on design and delivery of specific projects and campaigns.

What the role involves

• Lead on design and delivery of specific projects and campaigns.
• Also help embed solid internal communications processes which support the SMT's commitment to maintaining a two-way dialogue with staff and building an engaged and motivated intern.
• Develop content for channels and corporate messages which will encourage employee engagement and help maintain a two-way dialogue.
• Work with colleagues across the organisation to provide advice on specific projects, initiatives, events and campaigns.
• Report on progress again the staff survey action plan.
• Supporting HR to follow up to the staff survey findings.

• Support to the SMT and colleagues across the organisation as required.

• This role has the responsibility of managing a new internal programme which will involve, mapping internal audiences and providing timely, professional advice.
