What the role involves
- Lead on design and delivery of specific projects and campaigns.
- Also help embed solid internal communications processes which support the SMT's commitment to maintaining a two-way dialogue with staff and building an engaged and motivated intern.
- Develop content for channels and corporate messages which will encourage employee engagement and help maintain a two-way dialogue.
- Work with colleagues across the organisation to provide advice on specific projects, initiatives, events and campaigns.
- Report on progress again the staff survey action plan.
- Supporting HR to follow up to the staff survey findings.

- Support to the SMT and colleagues across the organisation as required.
