Senior International Sales Manager

The Role As Senior International Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by selling cutting-edge AdTech and CTV solutions into the International Desks of leading UK-based media agencies, with a primary focus on
Omnicom
and
Publicis . You will leverage your deep understanding of the media landscape and existing relationships with key decision-makers to identify opportunities, build strong partnerships, and deliver tailored solutions that meet clients' objectives. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue from International Desks at UK media agencies, focusing on Omnicom and Publicis. Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with senior stakeholders within these agencies. Identify client needs and provide innovative CTV and adtech solutions that deliver measurable results. Collaborate with internal teams, including product, marketing, and customer success, to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction. Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge. Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs. About You The ideal candidate will be a results-driven sales professional with a proven track record in adtech and CTV solution sales. You will bring a combination of strategic thinking, a consultative approach, and exceptional relationship-building skills. Key Qualifications and Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience selling adtech or CTV solutions. Proven success working with International Desks at UK-based media agencies, particularly Omnicom and Publicis. Strong network and established relationships with senior decision-makers in media agencies. Deep understanding of the CTV and programmatic advertising landscape. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work autonomously, manage complex sales cycles, and drive deals to completion. Why Join?
