Prepare corporate communications materials, including press releases, earnings presentations, scripts, Q&A and messaging documents and briefing materials. Plan and prepare management teams for investor events, such as Capital Markets Days and market interactions. Engage directly with the buy- and sell-side communities to gather market feedback. Conduct industry research and analysis, including peer monitoring. Create capital market reports, including IR and Board reports, benchmarking, perception studies and investor outreach projects. What are the required qualifications and skills for this role
The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in investor relations, financial communications, banking or finance, in addition to the following qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a finance-related field. Deep understanding of equity markets and their impact on valuations. Native-level proficiency in English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Additional language skills are highly valued, especially in French, German, Spanish, Italian or Arabic. Entrepreneurial mindset with resourcefulness, strategic thinking and a can-do attitude. Enjoys working both independently and collaboratively in a small team setting, with the ability to mentor and positively influence colleagues. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Eligibility to work in the UK. What we offer
