About the role : We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative
Senior IoT Architect
to lead the design, development, and implementation of IoT solutions across various industry verticals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IoT technologies, cloud platforms, and edge computing, with a proven track record of delivering scalable and secure solutions. Key Responsibilities: Design IoT Solutions : Lead the architecture of IoT ecosystems, including device integration, network connectivity, cloud infrastructure, and data analytics. Lead Solution Delivery : Oversee the end-to-end delivery of IoT projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, performance, and scalability. Collaborate Across Teams : Work closely with product development, software engineering, and hardware teams to ensure seamless integration of IoT devices and systems. Cloud and Edge Architecture : Design and implement solutions on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud) and edge computing for real-time processing and decision-making. Data Management : Define data flow, storage, and analytics strategies for IoT data, ensuring security, compliance, and real-time insights. Security : Implement robust security protocols for IoT devices, networks, and cloud systems to protect against vulnerabilities and ensure regulatory compliance. Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to define requirements, present solutions, and refine architecture based on feedback and evolving needs. Stay Current : Keep up-to-date with the latest IoT trends, technologies, and best practices to inform ongoing innovation and competitive advantage. Role Requirements: Experience : 7 years in solution architecture with a focus on IoT projects and technologies. Technical Expertise : Strong understanding of IoT protocols and standards (e.g., MQTT, CoAP, Zigbee, LoRaWAN, etc.). Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and edge computing. Knowledge of embedded systems, sensors, and hardware integration. Expertise in data analytics platforms and real-time data processing. Leadership : Proven ability to lead technical teams and mentor junior architects and developers. Experience with AI and machine learning integration in IoT solutions.
