Senior IT Analyst £70,000 - £80,000 London/ Hybrid Company Overview Cobalt is delighted to be partnering with a well-respected Real Estate Focused Financial Services Business. Based in the heart of London they have an excellent reputation within the PBSA & Build to Rent Sector. They are now on the look out for a Senior IT Analyst to come in and support the business within their continued growth overseeing their bespoke internal systems. Role Responsibilities Working with our key external IT suppliers to maintain internal MS network and loan servicing software Managing the internal proprietary excel loan calculator and any required enhancements Business partnering the wider business on technology best practices Working with the business in helping to support technology enhancements Ensuring the data warehouse and loan tapes are managed and kept in excellent condition Managing changes and enhancements to loan servicing tool, working with external developers where required Helping colleagues with general IT helpdesk and data queries Role Requirements Must have experience within the Real Estate Sector Advanced SQL & Advanced Excel Skills are a must have Advanced financial modelling skills Problem solver, able to work on own initiative in a small specialist team Able to communicate technical IT requirements to non-specialists in a simple and clear manner
