Role Profile Specialise in Business Transformation and Change Management through the implementation of DIGITAL innovations, contributing to process efficiency and effectiveness. Focus on business improvement and transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities Lead digital transformation to drive site and business function development. Collaborate on and execute a digitalisation strategy aligned with business goals. Manage digital projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery. Develop value propositions to enhance efficiency and performance. Identify opportunities for innovation and recommend optimal technologies. Promote solution standardisation and act as a digitalisation contact. Present and demonstrate digital solutions to stakeholders. Provide training and support to foster a digital-first mindset. Essential Experience in engineering, operations, or industrial automation with a strong knowledge of digital technologies. Proven track record in developing and executing Digital Transformation Strategies and Change Management processes. Skilled in Change Management, with an understanding of its importance in organisational change. Passionate about digital solutions and their benefits to business operations. Flexible, adaptable, and able to navigate evolving digital landscapes. Strong intercultural competency for effective collaboration in diverse environments. Excellent leadership, presentation, and communication skills at all organisational levels. Desirable 5+ years' experience in digital technologies. Expertise in lean management for process optimisation. Knowledge of low-code mobile applications, MS SQL (on-prem/cloud), and PowerBI. Proven technical support and troubleshooting experience for operational technology. Project Management certification (Prince2, APM).
