Senior IT Analyst

to join our client’s growing team in East Yorkshire. This permanent, full-time role offers a competitive salary based on experience. You will primarily work on-site across multiple offices, making a tangible impact in a dynamic IT environment. We’re looking for a motivated team player with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a proven track record in IT support. If you have experience with Windows 365, Windows Servers, and are eager to thrive in a fast-paced setting, this role is an excellent fit. Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert 2nd and 3rd-line IT support to resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold high service standards and implement IT best practices. Mentor colleagues, document processes, and play a key role in global IT projects. Support systems including Windows 10/11, Windows Server (2016–2022), Linux, Microsoft 365, and networking technologies (firewalls, switches, and WAPs). Leverage expertise in Active Directory, VPNs, virtualisation, security tools, ITIL frameworks, and Cyber Essentials compliance. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of IT support experience. Certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL, VMware, or Microsoft 365 are highly desirable. You should bring strong technical expertise, a hands-on attitude, and the ability to excel under pressure. Being friendly, approachable, and collaborative within a team-oriented environment is essential. This role would be working 40 hours across Monday to Thursday between the hours of 7am – 5pm and Friday 7am – 4pm with 30 minutes for lunch.
