Senior IT Support Engineer

to join their IT team. This is a permanent position based in London, with flexible hybrid working (2-3 days remote). The role involves supporting global IT operations, leading expansion projects, and driving innovation within a fast-paced, technology-focused environment. Senior IT Support Engineer responsibilities:

Provide exceptional IT support (1st, 2nd, 3rd line) and resolve incidents within SLA timeframes. Plan, implement, and maintain IT software systems, ensuring seamless integrations and upgrades. Monitor key systems, perform administrative tasks, and maintain software/hardware asset management. Develop and implement deployment strategies via Intune and administer Microsoft SharePoint. Create PowerShell scripts to automate repeatable tasks and enhance efficiency. Support technical troubleshooting across global sites, including AV, printers, and mobile devices. Promote cybersecurity awareness and compliance, supporting data protection practices. Collaborate on system selections, upgrades, and new implementations while driving continuous improvement. Senior IT Support Engineer requirements:

A degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent, with ITIL Foundation v3/v4 certification. Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior IT operations role, including advanced troubleshooting. Expertise in Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, Intune, and M365 suite administration. Proficiency in Windows 11, Windows Server, and Service Management Software (e.g., Jira). Experience with SSO, federated login, and compliance with security standards. Strong understanding of networking concepts (DNS, VPNs, TCP/UDP) and PowerShell scripting. Excellent communication skills, user-focused mindset, and the ability to work autonomously. Desirable: Certifications in Microsoft Azure/AWS/Cyber Security, or DevOps knowledge. Senior IT Support Engineer rewards:
