Morning:
Address urgent IT tickets from field programs, troubleshooting connectivity issues affecting a medevac mission or resolving server challenges for our operations in Papua New Guinea. Afternoon:
Collaborate with global teams to roll out a new software update, streamlining logistics and resource allocation. Provide strategic input on IT system upgrades to enhance efficiency and security. End of Day:
Test and implement solutions for improving data sharing and network performance across multiple remote bases, ensuring staff can work seamlessly regardless of their location. Applicants must have a passion for delivering top-notch support services to our amazing managers and employees. A strong background in IT systems administration, support, and infrastructure. Proven experience managing IT projects in dynamic or cross-cultural environments. Proficiency in networking, server management, and cybersecurity best practices. The ability to problem-solve under pressure and prioritise mission-critical tasks.
