Senior IT Technician We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior IT Support Technician to provide first-class, customer-focused IT support across a diverse and challenging range of technology. You will be working as part of a team of IT professionals and will be working closely with the IT Support Manager to provide 2nd and 3rd line technical support to the entire organisation. This role requires a high level of technical understanding and troubleshooting skills. The ideal applicant will be a flexible, strong team player with a can-do attitude. You will have strong technical knowledge of Microsoft and Apple desktop and server operating systems and applications.
