Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive on-site IT support to staff and students. Provide on-site support to multiple schools in the immediate area. Provide ad hoc on-site support to schools nationally where cover is required. Maintain, install, and support software and hardware on-site. Software installation and updates. Maintain the network and perform upgrades when required. Conduct migrations and networking projects outside term time.

Experience: Must have school IT support experience. Ability to work on own or as part of a team. Leadership skills. Experience with Azure. Knowledge of DNS/DHCP, TCP/IP. Experience with Active Directory. Familiarity with O365. Knowledge of VoIP. Experience with Exchange. Familiarity with Windows Server.
