Main Duties of the Role
Work with the ICT Managed Service team to overcome any issues. Your Skills and Experience
At least 3+ years’ relevant experience working within a support or hosting operations environment. Experience with Google for Education, Class Charts, GDrive, GADS. Excellent working knowledge of MS Office 365 and Microsoft Server Operating Systems. Good working knowledge of: Veeam Virtualisation technologies including VMWare and Hyper-V VLANs and VPN configuration Server-based client services (Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, NPS, GPO’s) PowerShell scripting SAN technologies Server & Infrastructure hardware Understanding of Firewalls, Smoothwall, SonicWALL Understanding of Safeguarding Filtering solutions, Lightspeed, Smoothwall, SafetyNet Salary: £30,000-£36,000 per annum, depending on experience.
