Senior ITSM Platform Engineer focuses on leading the configuration, maintenance, and evolution of the ivanti neurons itsm environment, ensuring it remains stable, well‑designed, and aligned with user needs across our client.

What the role involves

• Leading the configuration, maintenance, and evolution of the Ivanti Neurons ITSM environment, ensuring it remains stable, well‑designed, and aligned with user needs across our client.
• Managing Staging → Test → Production deployments through reliable, documented, reproducible processes.
• Provide guidance to teams integrating other systems with Neurons APIs.
• Advise on scripting using Ivanti Expressions or ECMAScript.
• Delivering Level 3 support for the Neurons platform, troubleshooting complex issues and driving improvements to availability, performance, and quality.
• Train ITS support engineers on day‑to‑day configuration tasks, contributing to shared understanding and long‑term maintainabilty.
