City of London Our customer is a leading Trading organisation with offices globally. We are working with the recruitment team to assist them in finding a Senior Java Developer. Duties: • Development of a Java-based multi-asset order entry, execution, market data, and post-trade management/routing system. • Build out of FIX protocol capabilities to upstream clients and downstream execution venues. • Development of back-end OMS and EMS functionality and integration with other systems. Technical Skills: Mandatory: • Java, 6 years in an applicable financial services firm • Multi-threading, design patterns • Agile • SQL Desirable: • In-memory Data Grids e.g. Hazelcast • Messaging e.g. Solace • Continuous Integration and Deployment Technologies e.g. Jenkins, TeamCity, Ansible • Knowledge of Software Container technologies e.g. Docker • Developing in Cloud e.g. Amazon AWS To find out further information, please get in touch.
