AWS . Contribute to multiple, varied projects, each offering unique technical challenges. Work closely with a collaborative team of 9 engineers, providing technical leadership and support. Ensure software is scalable, maintainable, and performs to high standards. Participate in code reviews, mentoring junior engineers, and contributing to the overall growth of the engineering team. What We're Looking For: Strong experience with
Java ,
Spring , and modern software development practices. Familiarity with cloud platforms, especially
AWS . Experience working on varied projects, ideally with exposure to medical/healthcare technologies (though not essential). Ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and collaborate with a remote team. Strong communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset. Work Environment: Hybrid Working : 5 days across 2 weeks in the office, with flexible working hours (between 7 am - 7 pm).
