is working with a high-end, luxury independent business in Southeast London who is seeking an enthusiastic and confident Senior Kitchen Sales Designer to join their team. Salary:
£30,000 - £35,000 DOE + Commission (OTE £70,000) Hours:
40 hours per week over 5 days, including Saturdays Location:
South East London About the Company: They are a young, dynamic business with a friendly team who value a positive, motivated, and hungry mindset. Their commitment to the customer journey and satisfaction is evident in their outstanding Google reviews. Key Responsibilities: Greeting clients in the showroom, discussing products, and addressing general inquiries. Collaborating with clients to understand project briefs, making relevant and important notes. Organising and scheduling site meetings as needed. Creating designs using CAD software (Compusoft Winner) in line with client briefs. Updating designs based on client feedback and requests. Maintaining the showroom's cleanliness to an exceptional standard. Handling administrative procedures. Visiting customers' homes and accurately taking measurements. Qualifications and Experience: 1+ years of Kitchen Design experience in the mid to high-end market. Must have experience using Compusoft Winner. Experience designing high value German & British kitchens. Driving licence and own vehicle. Perks: Fantastic commission scheme. Company laptop and necessary software provided. Potential on target earnings £70,000, based on performance. Supportive team.
