Collaborate with kitchen designers to understand the specific requirements for each kitchen project. Survey newly built extension projects and work with the design team to make any adjustments to the design prior to order. Install, assemble, and fit kitchens according to specifications and design plans. Collaborate with project managers and clients to meet timelines and exceed expectations. Ensure high-quality craft skills and attention to detail in every project. Troubleshoot and resolve any installation challenges effectively. Organise and undertake remedial works following the installation of the kitchen. Maintain a clean and organised workspace. Adhere to safety protocols and best practices. Essential Skills required:
Proven 5 years’ experience installing kitchens and surveying, with a strong portfolio of completed projects. UK driving license. Excellent understanding of kitchen layouts and assembly. Ability to use a wide range of hand and power tools. Ability to work independently where needed. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. A positive attitude to resolving problems and overcoming challenges. Ability to work independently and to manage and organise others. Punctuality and reliability. Certification or formal training in carpentry or kitchen fitting is beneficial. Salary:
