Key Responsibilities : Lab Leadership : Oversee daily lab operations, ensuring seamless performance of advanced equipment and systems. Project Management : Lead validation projects, including performance testing, reliability analysis, and scalability studies. Collaboration : Partner with global product development teams to align validation frameworks with customer and design objectives. Team Development : Mentor and manage a team of engineers and specialists, fostering a culture of innovation. Data-Driven Insights : Analyse test results and recommend improvements to refine product performance. Industry Leadership : Stay ahead of trends and emerging technologies in liquid cooling and thermal management. Requirements: Expertise : Proven knowledge of liquid cooling, heat transfer systems, and thermal management. Experience : 7+ years in product testing/validation, including 3+ years in a leadership role. Education : Degree in Mechanical, Thermal Engineering, or a related field. Innovation : Ability to design and implement advanced testing frameworks. Leadership : Strong skills in team management and cross-functional collaboration.
