The Role As a Senior Labour Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing labour operations and delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates. You will: Manage and grow relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams. Manage multiple projects. Oversee the allocation of labour resources to ensure timely and efficient project delivery. Provide strategic insights to improve recruitment and workforce planning processes. Support and mentor junior staff to foster their professional development. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and employment regulations.

About You To succeed as a Senior Labour Manager, you will: Have experience in labour management or recruitment, ideally within construction or civil engineering. Demonstrate strong leadership and organisational skills. Thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. Exhibit excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. Be based within a reasonable commuting distance of Thame, Oxfordshire.
