Senior Land Manager

to support the delivery of premium housing in the Midlands. With a strong land bank in waiting, this opportunity provides both progression and outstanding future growth. The ideal candidate will be well connected, primarily across the East Midlands, maintaining and building upon already established relationships with local authorities, local agents, landowners, and other developers within the region's geographical area, in pursuit of opportunities for the company. You will be responsible for the

site appraisals , ensuring that acquisition proposals are presented well and accurately in liaison with the wider team. This position would suit a transactional and ambitious person, who has the potential to become a director in time.
