Senior Landscape Architect Job in Chelmsford, Essex Our client is a successful architectural practice that has a Senior Landscape Architect job available in its Essex office. The role would offer the opportunity to join a successful and growing practice working on a range of residential development projects. The practice has grown from strength to strength over the last few years. They now work with several of the largest names in residential development in the UK. The practice has a portfolio that ranges from one-off bespoke homes to large-scale residential developments. Due to several new projects, they are now seeking a Senior Landscape Architect to join the team. Role & Responsibilities Working directly with clients Assisting in the preparation of fee proposals Liaising with clients, stakeholders, and external consultants Managing the preparation of landscape design packages, including masterplans, hard and soft landscape drawings and details, Design and Access Statements Carrying out site visits and appraisals Preparing reports and written work, including LVIAs/LVAs and Design and Access Statements Required Skills & Experience Chartered landscape architect, with at least 3 years post CMLI experience Experience working on developer-led residential projects would be essential LVIA experience Able to take a lead in the running of projects Bachelor’s or master’s degree in landscape architecture or a closely related field Ability to work as a key senior member of the team, with limited supervision Good communication skills, both written and verbal Excellent project management organizational skills What you get back One day’s hybrid working a week 23 days annual leave Support with a pathway to chartership Pension Apply If you meet the criteria above, send us your CV and portfolio.
