£35,000-£45,000 I am pleased to announce that we are looking for a Senior Landscape Architect to join a brilliant multi-disciplinary team in Cardiff. The team works on a wide range of exciting projects from individual dwellings to large multi-functional sites, including renewable energy, leisure, and residential developments. Company bonus and pension scheme. Responsibilities of a Senior Landscape Architect include: Preparation of project briefs and fee proposals. Report writing including Landscape and Visual Assessments. Undertaking landscape design work. Requirements of a Senior Landscape Architect include: A degree in Landscape Architecture - CMLI is beneficial. Experience in undertaking landscape design work and project management. Excellent written communication skills.
