Madisons Recruitment are recruiting for a Senior Landscape Planner on a permanent basis located in Basingstoke, Hampshire.
The annual salary for the role is £40k - £55k per annum. Below are the responsibilities and requirements for the role.
Responsibilities
Preparation of robust LVAs/LVIAs as well as conceptual landscape drawings and diagrams as part of landscape-led masterplanning proposals. Managing the preparation of technical drawings, including baseline plans, ZTVs and other LVA related illustrative material. Carrying out site appraisals and photographic surveys. Liaising with clients, stakeholders, and external consultants. Managing the preparation of landscape design packages, including masterplans, hard and soft landscape drawings and details, Design and Access Statements. Mentoring junior staff. The preparation of fee proposals and tenders (dependent on experience).
Requirements
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Commercial awareness. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture or a closely related field. Chartered landscape architect, with at least 2 years post CMLI experience. Ability to work as a key senior member of the team, with limited supervision. Highly skilled in AutoCAD, MS Office, and Adobe Creative Suite.
