within 18 months, as you will inherit the portfolio of a retiring senior partner. Key Responsibilities Advising on a broad range of
commercial property
matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and developments Handling property disputes and other
litigation
matters Collaborating with other departments within the firm to leverage internal referral opportunities Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with clients Mentoring junior team members and contributing to the growth of the property practice About You To excel in this role, you will need: Extensive experience in
commercial real estate
transactions, with exposure to
litigation (Optional) Residential property experience is advantageous but not essential A background in a
generalist law firm
environment is beneficial A
proven following
