Frazer Jones is partnering with a renowned Professional Services firm in Bath to help them recruit a permanent Learning & Development Partner.
This is a newly created role within the L&D team which will support the firm’s continued commitment to employee development. This position offers a hybrid and flexible working pattern.
As the L&D Partner, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and managing comprehensive training and development programs. This role will focus on developing professional skills, promoting best practices, and ensuring compliance with mandatory training requirements.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders across the business to understand their needs and help create and implement tailored learning and development solutions that align with both business goals and individual career growth.
Specific areas of focus include:
Act as the first point of contact for all L&D inquiries, advice, and guidance.
Assess the learning and development needs within specific business areas, design, develop, and implement training programs around specific needs.
Collaborate with key stakeholders across the firm to create specialized training.
Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars using a variety of instructional methods such as in-person, virtual, e-learning, and social learning.
Engage with third-party suppliers for enhanced training options.
Review approaches to the delivery of mandatory training and develop enhanced programs to drive further engagement.
Develop the Learning Management System – enhance the content and learning pathways as well as build new e-learning content.
Drive a culture of continuous learning within the firm.
Assess and develop new onboarding and induction programs.
Management of L&D budgets.
What you will need:
Proven experience of building, designing, and delivering learning programs ideally within a Professional Services firm.
Excellent digital skills with proven experience of web-based applications and digital learning.
Ability to combine strategic thinking with an understanding of operational requirements.
Experience of working with a Learning Management System, creating blended programs and standalone content.
Ability to facilitate learning programs across a wide range of people.
Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage at all levels.
Ability to analyze management data as well as interpret data to identify patterns and trends.
