Our client - a top boutique international Litigation firm is urgently seeking an outstanding Senior Billings Analyst to join their busy Finance team.
The firm is looking for a confident and capable Billings professional who has had at least 5 years of experience working in a busy law firm and is now looking for a new opportunity.
Reporting daily to the Finance Director, your duties will be varied and will include billings and client accounting:
Drafting billing narratives on a monthly basis;
Liaising with clients, Partners, and PAs alike;
Finalising and submitting invoices;
Dealing with write-offs and credit notes;
Submitting WIP Reports to Partners;
All ad hoc duties to provide an efficient billing service to the firm.
You should be a good team player and have skills in Elite, Aderant, and Excel.
