What you'll do Provide proactive and solutions-focussed commercial and telecoms property legal advice. Deliver key elements of a significant strategic Networks delivery project within specific timelines. Draft and lead the negotiation of strategically important commercial contracts relating to network projects and network sharing arrangements. Act as a senior legal point of contact and provide pragmatic legal advice and guidance to Networks. Develop and maintain good relationships with key stakeholders to ensure issues are resolved quickly. Manage the relationship between external solicitors and Vodafone in relation to strategic networks projects. Work with the General Counsel, Head of Legal and Legal Leadership team to deliver team objectives. Who you are Experienced commercial lawyer with sound judgment and commercial acumen. Excellent drafting skills and ability to structure and draft complex commercial and telecoms property documents. Strategic thinker with proven ability to influence business strategy and key stakeholders. Proven ability to operate efficiently with limited supervision. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to build and maintain excellent relationships with key stakeholders. Qualified lawyer with approximately 8 or more years of post-qualification experience. Able to deal with highly complex and high-risk legal and commercial issues.
