opportunity. This is a fantastic opening to work on high-value, complex, and non-contentious construction and infrastructure projects in a supportive, flexible, and collaborative culture. Key Responsibilities: Draft and negotiate complex contracts, with a focus on

FIDIC

agreements, ensuring compliance and alignment with business objectives. Provide expert legal advice on

non-contentious construction and infrastructure project matters , supporting the business in high-value transactions. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to manage legal risks and maintain focus on project goals. Build and maintain strong working relationships across the business, contributing to a diverse and dynamic work environment. Candidate Requirements: UK Qualified Solicitor or Barrister

with a minimum of six years PQE. Significant experience within construction law, having handled

FIDIC contracts . Additional experience in corporate/M&A work is highly desirable. Strong project management skills, with the ability to balance attention to detail and understanding of the “big picture.” Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision. Exceptional interpersonal skills to build relationships with diverse teams and stakeholders. What’s on Offer: Competitive salary between
